Meet Dr. Justin Chang
Dr. Chang brings a unique engineering perspective to optometry — combining problem-solving skills with advanced technology to deliver exceptional patient care.
With a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and a Master's in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Miami, Dr. Chang's engineering training emphasizes problem-solving skills and the ability to harness the best of new technology — better equipping him in treating and managing patient eye care.
His Biomedical Engineering training at the world-renowned Bascom Palmer Eye Institute prepared him with knowledge of the latest technological advances in Optometry and Ophthalmology. With developments in laser vision correction, Dr. Chang combines his engineering and optometric knowledge to better co-manage patients.
Due to his computer knowledge, he is more keenly aware of eye problems caused by extended computer usage, making him uniquely qualified to treat Computer Vision Syndrome.
